Modulo Living and ZBOM have officially opened their newest showroom in Gading Serpong with The Housewarming Series: A New Chapter Begins, running June 26 to July 5.

More than just an opening, the event doubles as an open house, inviting interior designers, homeowners, property professionals, and the wider community to immerse themselves in a lifestyle‑driven design experience. As part of the M Design Group ecosystem alongside Metaphor Interior Architecture and IKONS, Modulo and ZBOM bring together premium loose furniture and custom cabinetry solutions under one roof.
The Gading Serpong showroom is curated as a living destination, with spaces that flow naturally from living and dining to bedroom, kitchen, wardrobe, and home goods. Visitors are encouraged to imagine how each piece might seamlessly fit into their own homes. Modulo showcases elegant sofas, dining tables, beds, and accessories, while ZBOM completes the picture with kitchen sets, wardrobes, and bespoke built‑ins. Together, they transform the showroom from a display space into a holistic lifestyle experience.

Unlike their earlier showroom at Indonesia Design District, the Gading Serpong location leans into lifestyle. A standout feature is the integration of Origins by Madmilk café, turning the showroom into a social hub where guests can enjoy food, drinks, and design conversations in a warm, modern setting.
James Wijaya, Director of M Design Group, explained that Gading Serpong’s rapid growth in property and lifestyle inspired the concept to create a destination where their customers can find inspiration, consult and realize their home needs in one place. He also emphasized that the showroom reflects the group’s vision of blending design, furniture, and hospitality into a unified ecosystem.

The showroom’s first floor is brightly lit with a modern ambiance and integrated with Origins by Madmilk café as well as curated home goods such as tableware, candles, scented products, and decorative accessories. The second floor has a calmer setting highlighting living, dining, wardrobe, and kitchen solutions. The top third floor is adorned with warm wood accents framing bedroom, study, and project consultation areas.
The Housewarming Series features exclusive programs: special prices on selected collections, gifts with purchase from Paloma, SMEG, and Dyson, plus installment and promotional offers with BCA. Beyond shopping, the event fosters community through networking sessions and curated design activities.
