The Executive Japanese Chef Nishiura Osamu incorporates earthy flavors into his delectable signature innovations by combining the Italian black truffle with fresh ingredients freshly imported from Japan on its signature Omakase and a la carte menu. The highlights include: Hirame Usuzukuri, A5 Kagoshima Wagyu to Foagura Teppanyaki, Foagura Nikumaki and more. These special dishes are available for a limited time only at IDR 3,000,000 ++ for Omakase and a la carte menu starting from IDR 380,000 ++.
The culinary team of Sailendra Restaurant presents The Ultimate Burger with Black Truffle, highlighting a choice of premium Japanese of Australian beef, topped with the Italian black truffle, gruyere cheese, sautéed enoki mushrooms and optional French foie gras on a crusty yet soft tiger bread, seasoned with sriracha sauce. The Ultimate Burger is available starting from IDR 280,000 net per portion.
