Executive Chinese Chef, Kong Fook Sin and his team introduces a mix of classic Cantonese food selections, with barbecue favorites, his specialty roast duck, new dim sum varieties, sumptuous seafood options and the finest creations with abalone, to enhance the dining experience.
The highlight of this menu is 7 new chef’s recommendation dishes such as “Beggar Chicken”, the dish is inspired by the unique cooking method from of China whereby the dish is steamed inside lotus leaf, Lobster Salted Egg whereby the Lobster freshly taken from The Chinese National aquarium, Seafood Hongkong Noodle and a variety of Dim Sum such as: Black Gold Hakao, Yam Swan Puff & Abalone Dumpling and last but not least marble pudding.
