GROHE SPA, a sub-brand of GROHE and part of LIXIL, the leading global brand for luxury bathrooms and kitchens, participated in The Colours of Indonesia: Chapter Five exhibition and invited visitors to explore wellness-based interior trends.
Collaborating with Vivianne Faye from ID12, GROHE SPA presents an installation with the Antrum Spa concept that displays the perfect synergy between world-class luxury and local creativity. Through this installation, visitors are invited to get to know the Atrio Private Collection which is specifically designed to create a space of relaxation and rejuvenation according to the GROHE SPA ethos: Salus Per Aquam (Health Through Water). Arfindi Batubara, Marketing Director of LIXIL Water Technology Indonesia, said that LIXIL Indonesia understands how prestigious this event is for architects, designers, and specialists who are looking for inspiration and new ideas in the world of interior design. In that regard, GROHE SPA is proud to be able to participate in The Colors of Indonesia this year and their participation represents GROHE SPA’s commitment to presenting the highest expression of GROHE’s four Brand Pillars, namely Quality, Technology, Design, and Sustainability as LIXIL’s most luxurious brand portfolio. Each edition of TCOI presents a different theme that reflects the development of interior trends in the country.
This year, TCOI: Chapter Five carries the theme of Summer House. Vivianne Faye, an interior designer member of ID12, shared the challenges faced by designers in exploring the concept of a space that is not only beautiful, but also healthy for the body and mind, along with the increasing awareness of modern society towards the importance of health elements in everyday life. Collaborating with GROHE SPA through the Antrum Spa concept is an opportunity for her and ID12 to create a space design that can present a health experience in the home with a touch of luxury.

One of the spaces that has great potential to be used as a wellness space is the bathroom. In creating this space, it is important to choose bathroom equipment and fixtures that are not only aesthetic, but also designed with health elements in mind. This includes the visual sensory aspect with an elegant color display, the tactile sensory aspect through quality materials that produce therapeutic air pressure, and the auditory sensory aspect that presents calming air sounds.
Health-based interior design not only beautifies the home, but also improves the quality of life of its occupants, this idea is in line with LIXIL’s vision of ‘making a better home a reality for everyone, everywhere’. LIXIL through GROHE SPA is present as an innovator redefining the luxury bathroom experience with the Salus Per Aquam concept that refreshes the body, mind and soul. Progressive design, quality materials and extensive customization of GROHE SPA can create a unique home spa that pampers the senses. Equipped with innovative technology, the GROHE SPA product range can also create the perfect multisensory experience, transforming the bathroom into a luxurious retreat for improving health.

The Atrio Private collection from GROHE SPA introduces unique personalization with a variety of levers, colors and elegant finishes, such as the stunning chrome shine to the subtle nuances of the brushed finish. Coupled with cutting-edge technology such as Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), these products not only offer aesthetic beauty but also guarantee product resistance to stains, scratches and corrosion, so that their beauty and functionality are maintained. In addition, GROHE SPA also integrates the value of desire in every design, ensuring that our products are not only aesthetic and functional, but also environmentally friendly and socially responsible.
