This year’s highlight is a first experience of breaking your fast at Alto, where Chef Riccardo presents a generous Italian–Mediterranean Iftar, served family‑style with flavors ranging from a continuous lavish table spread, with a curated selection of starters such as homemade breads and Focaccia, Burrata Cheese, homemade Giardiniera, Mushroom Arancini, a Mediterranean Mezze platter, to an array of savory dishes and mains, including Spaghetti Prawn Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, Italian Tomato Meatloaf, Mediterranean Barramundi, and Shawarma Rolls.
The evening concludes with a delightful finale crafted by Chef Lorenzo, featuring Earl Grey Tiramisu, Mango Sago, Strawberry Baba, Lapis Legit, Chocolate & Raspberry Choux, and many more sweet creations.
