The Park Lane Jakarta’s Executive Chef, Deden Gumilar, together with Riva’s kitchen brigade, has created new menu which was launched on 9th February. The menu features Riva’s soon-to-be-popular delights; serving as a push toward appealing to a broad audience to make the next few months in Riva exciting and fulfilling.
The Grill remains true to its core, featuring perhaps some of the best steaks in town. The new dishes however, are featured in the “From the Sea” as well as in “From the Farm & the Garden” menu, including the Pan Fried Barramundi and Braised Australian Lamb Foreshank.
In the dessert corner, the newcomers are the Chocolate Ginger Mousse and Riva Summer Pudding. Both make sweet ways to end one’s meal in Riva.
In the department of entertainment, a young and talented DJ, Aiu Kandi, was introduced as Riva’s new Resident DJ. Once a Miss Indonesia candidate and a participant of Fun Fearless Female Cosmopolitan pageant, Aiu performs 3 times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at Riva to entertain Bar & Lounge guests from 9:00PM onwards.
