In May, Tangerang saw the Paramount Enterprise launch the city’s first 3-star hotel, Ara Hotel Gading Serpong. The hotel is operated by Parador Hotels & Resorts, a local pioneering hotels and resorts management firm which is owned by Paramount Enterprise. The inauguration and the signing of the inscriptions were conducted by the Regent of Tangerang, Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, and was overseen by Parador’s Chief Operating Officer, Ricky Theodores, as well as Ara’s General Manger, Agus Setyawan.

Gading Serpong has cultivated a strong MICE culture within the last few years and this district has started to enjoy the benefits of this hard work. With the opening of the Ara Hotel, which is not far from the Soekarno-Hatta airport, guests can enjoy quality accommodation and use the venue for MICE events.

Ara Hotel stands on a 2-hectare plot of land with the hotel building connected to a modern apartment block. The hotel features 136 guestrooms, four large meeting rooms and provides free shuttle service to the airport as well as a Japanese-fusion themed restaurant catering to guests who are craving for a Japanese food fix.
