
From the key Indonesian cooking channel on Youtube, Kokiku TV presents FEAST by Kokiku. Collaborating with Chef Ray Janson to deliver the upscale presentation of South East Asian cookery focusing in exotic Indonesian cuisine to please every sense.
Acting as the CEO and Founder of Kokiku TV is Nadia Hudyana, who decided to enter the culinary field for the need to diverse the media business and to make Kokiku-experience available to feast.
Among FEAST By Kokiku’s specialties are the popular ‘FEAST’ Fritters, Pop Chicken Confit (steamed or fried chicken served with coconut milk based red sauce), Grilled Lempah Mackerel (mackerel with Bangka’s special pineapple sour gravy) and Oxtail Brennabon soup.
For the sharing menu Bebek Betutu (Balinese 24-hour cooked duck), 48-Hour Beef Ribs (48-hour marinated and grilled ribs) are available for choosing.
