Elegantly designed and decorated with a blend of Indonesian traditional aesthetics and hints of international touches, this newest implementation of Plataran’s Indonesian Icon concept is an estate consisting of villas and lodges, a hotel, gallery, amphitheater, and several F&B venues including Teras Bromo.
Teras Bromo is available to welcome guests wearied by travels, delivering an unforgettable dining experience with grandiose views of the surrounding rural hills. Teras Bromo offers a wide selection of Indonesian and Asian comfort food made with the freshest of locally grown ingredients.
To accommodate guests, Langit Bromo conveniently provides the peak of hospitality service in the area. The building is home to a traditional art gallery, a lounge overlooking the surrounding hills, an open-air rooftop amphitheater and a special communal lodging area. On top of Langit Bromo is the Private Pool Family Villa, a 3-bedroom cozy family vacation home lavished with a fine combination of quintessential Alpen wooden lodge and Indonesian traditional architecture.
The Mezzanine is home to the Lodging Rooms with communal living room and pantry. Located next to Langit Bromo are the Lodges. Currently still under development, the complex will harbor 6 Luxury Lodges, 18 Family Lodges and 6 Attic Lodges, each with its own en-suite bathrooms.
Plataran Bromo also acts as one of the checkpoints to access Mt. Bromo. By making a booking beforehand, guests will be able to travel to the spectating point at Mt. Penanjaan to see the iconic sunrise overlooking the volcanic marvel with local jeep tour operators. Afterwards, guests will be guided to visit Mt. Bromo itself and delve in more splendors she has to offer such as the Sand Sea, walk and climb towards the crater, Poten Temple, the lovely grassy hills dubbed the Teletubbies Hill due to the background resemblance where the four adorable aliens usually frolic, and alfresco breakfast at the savannah.
