Salapan, officially opened in November 2018, offers a selection of delicious chicken noodles, an all-time Indonesian favorite food. Founded by two friends who coincidentally have the same date of birth, Sarah Sechan, a well-known celebrity and Sandra Djohan, a chef, these two best friends took Salapan as the name of their restaurant because it means nine in Sundanese (their date of birth).

Located in Cipete Raya, Salapan greets you with a warm welcome making you feel at home. From the ccomfortable sofa area to casual the meeting room in its modern-yet-classic Java interior, Chef Sandra will serve you with variations of delicacies specially created by this renowned chef.

Enjoy a variety of Indonesian hawker food such as the famous “Mie Ayam Bandung” or Bangdung chicken noodles, one of Salapan’s signature menu dishes. The owner wants to bring the real taste of Bandung’s ‘Mie Ayam” to Jakarta’s noodles lovers. You can find many noodles with a variety of choices such as mushroom, meatball, meatball tofu, etc.

There is the must-try Mie Mamah Arisan, served with a combination of chicken noodle with dumpling, meatball tofu, meatball and fried dumpling), or another favorite dish you can try is Mie Papah Lapar served with chicken noodles, meatball, dumpling, meatball tofu, fried dumpling, and fried siomay. For spicy food lovers, you should try Salapan’s new concoction, Mie Mamah Cerewet.
