One of Jakarta’s top five-star hotels, Fairmont Jakarta will be hosting a culinary collaboration at their fine dining restaurant, 1945 Restaurant. This exclusive collaboration features three talented chefs, presenting the art of cooking “Tempe” (fermented soybean cake) to a whole new level on eight-course gastronomic dinner on 20 November 2019.

Participating chefs includes 1945’s Restaurant Chef de Cuisine, Adhitia Julisiandi, the award-winning Indonesian chefs, Ragil Imam Wibowo, Executive Chef of Nusa Indonesian Gastronomy restaurant and Philips Walasary, the Executive Chef of TWG Tea Salon & Boutique’s.  Chef Ragil. re-interprets traditional Indonesian cuisine, using seasonal ingredients with a contemporary twist. Meanwhile, Chef Phillips applies an inventive take on classic French food using local ingredients and Indonesian flavors.
