Mr. Shin brings more than 17 years of expertise and success in leading business operations management strategies for various prestigious organizations. A Hotel Administration graduate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. With his rich knowledge gained in some of the fine hotels in the world, Mr Shin will play a key role in development and executive strategies for both hotel and residences.
A visionary, goal-focused, and performance-driven, Mr. Shin has spent the last three and a half years at InterContinental Koh Samui Resort, Thailand as General Manager. Since joining of IHG in 2010 he has held various roles in operation, special project and finance for InterContinental and Holiday Inn brands in Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Before joining IHG, he was with MGM Resorts, Las Vegas in corporate finance.
