The menu focuses on dishes from Puglia, the southern region to which both Chef Marco and Chef Maurizio belong. Hailing from the northern region of Mezzocorona, Chef Lorenzo has reimagined the beloved Pumo Pugliese – a handmade acorn-shaped ceramic decoration used in gifting and as a symbol of good luck – into a mesmerizing dessert with gargano lemon, ricotta crème, pistachio praline and strawberry compote.
Guests will also have the option of choosing from two different wine-pairing combinations to complement their meal.
