Created as a love letter to the Peranakan culture of Indonesia, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is the home for Babah Ramu Dine & Bar, an exceptionally rich culinary collection which focuses on local Baduy, Sundanese and Peranakan cuisine.

Using home grown organic and sustainable ingredients, Babah Ramu combines local wisdom with time-proven cooking techniques to present the freshest and finest Peranakan dishes. Baduy inspired Iga Bakar Kecombrang ‘Episode’ delivers barbecued beef ribs marinated with fragrant local herbaceous and perennial plants, or the slow cooked lamb for Rabeg Kambing that sees both options served with rice, crackers, and lalapan, as well as exotic condiments and sambals.

Guests can also find refreshing, one-of-a-kind beverages at Babah Ramu and it is one of the very few hotel restaurants to serve the famed durian fruit in Es Durian Nyonya in its line-up of well-curated short drinks and cocktails.
