Sweet celebrations continue with refined Lunar New Year cakes, including the Mandarin Mousse, available as a whole cake or petite gâteau. Bright and citrus-led, the dessert offers a light, elegant expression of new beginnings and festive joy.
At The Drawing Room, guests may observe the season with quiet sophistication through a specially curated Lunar Afternoon Tea. The festivities reach their peak at Bel Étage, where Chinese New Year’s Eve Dinner, Chinese New Year Day Brunch, and Chinese New Year Day Dinner are presented as celebratory gatherings of reunion and abundance. Each experience begins with the traditional Yu Sheng prosperity toss, followed by an array of auspicious dishes including Bird’s Nest, Braised Abalone, Roasted Suckling Pig, and steamed grouper fish.
