Le Eminence Hotel Convention & Resort Ciloto in Puncak, which opened in 2016, became the area’s first five-star sanctuary. With 379 rooms across six categories, guests enjoy sweeping views of iconic landscapes alongside international-standard facilities such as three restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool, gym, spa, mini zoo, rice fields, recreational and outbound activities, and a state-of-the-art MICE center accommodating up to 1,000 people.

In 2024, the company expanded to Lembang, Bandung, with L’Eminence Golf & Resort, the first five-star hotel in the area. Designed with classic European architecture, it offers 226 rooms in six categories, a ballroom for up to 800 guests, versatile meeting spaces, direct access to a nine-hole golf course, gym, three restaurants, and family-friendly amenities including a pool, kids zone, teen zone, and mini zoo. While international standards are at the core, Eminence Global adapts each property to reflect the atmosphere and culture of its surroundings.

President Director Tasha Mahdani emphasized that the company’s vision goes beyond managing luxury properties; it is about creating a new benchmark in hospitality.
