
This Ramadan, InterContinental Bandung Dago offers a special culinary journey by collaborating with three renowned Indonesian culinary minds: Chef Theo Setyo Widhyarto, Chef Degan Septoadji, and Chef Norman Ismail.
Presented at Damai Restaurant, this exclusive iftar experience is designed as a rotating six-hands collaboration, where each chef will showcase their signature curated menu on a specific date that embodies their individual culinary philosophies while honoring true Indonesian flavors. Set against the tranquil backdrop of the Dago Pakar highlands, Rona Ramadhan invites guests to gather, reflect, and celebrate togetherness through exquisite culinary offerings.


In the first installment, from February 19th to March 1st, Chef Theo Setyo Widhyarto will showcase his creativity in exploring unique Indonesian flavors and ingredients with menus like the sweet and spicy Udang Rujak Lodek, black mussels laksa, sweet soy sauce–braised duck with fresh shallots sambal, north Sumatran style seared barramundi cooked with andaliman and torch ginger.
From March 2nd to the 11th, world-renowned culinary iconChef Degan Septoadji continues the excitement with refreshing takes of Indonesian classics, including pomelo salad with soft shelled crab, slow-baked salmon in aromatic sayur lodeh, crispy thai fried chicken, and beef picanha with sambal hijau on the carving station.
From March 12 to the 18th, it is Chef Norman Ismail will bring in his own elevated version of regional specialties like Udang Pindang Bangka salad, soft shell crab curry, sweet and savory ‘gongso’ style grilled oxtail, Mangut Barramundi (grilled Barramundi cooked in spiced coconut soup) and grilled ribs with kluwek and nut sauce.


In addition to rotating menus from each chef, guests can also enjoy premium selection of cheeses and charcuterie, seafood on ice, sushi, Middle Eastern mezze dishes, other Arabic and Asian food, live carving and action stations, a variety of desserts, and traditional takjil.
