Both experiences celebrate gathering, gratitude, and refined hospitality.
From 19 February to 18 March 2026, PA.SO.LA Restaurant will be transformed into an evocative Cairo setting where lanterns aglow, spices perfuming the air, and the flavors of the Nile are brought to Jakarta. For the Holy Month, two distinguished guest chefs from The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, will join the kitchen courtesy of Qatar Airways, presenting an authentic and deeply rooted Egyptian culinary narrative.
Leading the collaboration is Chef Walid Anwar Diab, Senior Chef de Cuisine at The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo. With more than three decades of culinary mastery and international representation of Egyptian gastronomy, Chef Walid blends classical technique with cultural authenticity. Joining him is Chef Mohsen Mohamed Ramadan Ahmed Hassan, a seasoned Marriott chef with 18 years’ experience, celebrated for his command of Egyptian, Lebanese, and Syrian traditions and his refined contemporary presentations. Together, they present an iftar experience conceived as a journey through Cairo’s vibrant streets and intimate gatherings.
Iftar Buffet Feast is available from Monday to Sunday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with prices starting from IDR 888,000++ per person.
Eid Brunch Feast will be available on 19 and 20 March 2026, 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM, with prices starting from IDR 888,000++ per person.
