Javanegra restaurant, in collaboration with Dimatique, recently hosted an exclusive wine-pairing dinner dedicated to food lovers who appreciate epicurean exploration. The fine dining establishment, which grew from a specialty coffee roasting business into a restaurant and cooking atelier, combined its signature Mediterranean cuisine with selected fine wines of various brands from wine retailer Dimatique for a night of good food and good wine.
Held on December 5, 2014, the event was attended by representatives from several wine brands as well as the guest of honor, William Wongso, an Indonesian master chef and regular culinary envoy.
