Welcoming the Holy month of Ramadan, Fairmont Jakarta invites guests to a gastronomic journey with special multi-cultural Iftar offerings at the Hotel’s restaurants or delivered to your home. Each week, Spectrum restaurant will bring unique flavors for the highly anticipated Iftar buffet by featuring specialties from various countries including Morocco, Lebanon, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, the Hotel’s Indonesian upscale restaurant, 1945, will deliver local dishes from four islands of Indonesia in an elegant buffet spread.
Spectrum will present the best of Moroccan flavors, whereby Spectrum’s talented chefs team up with guest chefs Hayat Lazrak and Hadezzine Moubchir, the residential chefs of the Moroccan Embassy. Introducing a unique Iftar menu that will be served in the first week of the Ramadan month. Along with an eclectic range of hot and cold mezzeh, guests will enjoy lentil or yayla soup with mint, followed by mains that include authentic Moroccan Harira Soup, Lamb Kofta, Fish Tagine, chargrilled Chicken and Baklava Pistachio.
The following week, Spectrum will highlight specialties from Lebanon, Turkey and Saudi Arabia respectively. Guests will be spoilt for choice, as the Iftar buffet not only comprises of traditional Arabic delicacies, but will also be extended to include delicious dishes across Asia and exquisite selection of local Ramadan favourites such as a variety of Ta’jil like Kolak, Bubur Sumsum, as well as main dishes like Nasi Goreng Kampung, Bakso and a wide variety of Sate, and many more.
The Spectrum Iftar buffet is priced at IDR 488,000++ per person, inclusive of beverages, tea and coffee.
The 1945 Restaurant will showcase a Buka Puasa buffet with various dishes designed to pay homage to traditional Indonesian cuisine from Sumatera, Sulawesi, Java, Bali and Lombok, while offering a modern twist on some classic dishes. The menu is meticulously crafted and well-balanced with great attention to details. Highlighting specialties from each of the region, guests can indulge in an extensive buffet spread served on the ta’jil corner, a number of live cooking stations, buffet and dessert stations. Dishes include Ayam Bakar Karo, Arsik Ikan and Kambing Bakar Kari Aceh from Sumatera; Iga Bakar Madu and Empal Gepuk from Java; Ikan Bakar Dabu with Nasi Kemangi and Rica Rodoh from Sulawesi; and Nasi Bali, Ayam Taliwang and Sate Lilit from Bali & Lombok; and plenty other dishes.
The 1945 Buka Puasa buffet is priced at IDR 588,000++ per person, inclusive of beverages, tea and coffee.

For guests who prefer to break the fast at the comfort of their homes, Fairmont Jakarta also offers a special set menu that can be shared with the entire family and friends. Offering only the finest food creations by the Hotel’s talented chefs, the extensive menu features a selection of Middle-eastern classics to Indonesian comfort food. Each menu is beautifully presented and thoughtfully packaged, making even the smallest selection feel incredibly special. The menu includes ta’jil favorites like Kolak, a variety of fritters; choices of Soups like Moroccan Harira Soup, Rawon and Garang Asem; Rice and Noodle selection like Nasi Kebuli, and the famous Nasi Goreng Kampung. For mains, Fairmont Jakarta offers a selection of delicious cuisine like Lamb Kofta, Chicken Tagine, Beef Rendang, Gulai Kambing and Ikan Sambal Matah. Ending the feast with a sweet note, desserts are available from Umm Ali, Es Teler and Putu Mayang and many more.
The Ramadan Iftar At Home is available throughout the month of Ramadan, and priced at IDR 350,000++ per person. The package includes 2 types of Ta’jil, 1 Soup, 2 types of Appetizers, 1 Rice or Noodle selection and 2 types of Dessert. Price is excluding delivery charge.
