The American Smokehouse, Meatsmith collaborates with Beervana to bring a Craft Beer Wall which offers options of craft beer variants from Bali and Australia. Known as the gateway to craft beer in Southeast Asia, Beervana brought 6 different craft beers to the wall namely Black Sand Kolch and IPA, Island Brewing Pilsner and Summer Pale Ale, and Kura Kura Easy Ale and Island Ale. The craft beers introduced carry each own distinctive hop flavors and tropical aromas. The Craft Beer Wall is devised also in conjunction with the restaurant’s newly revamped menu proudly presented by Sebbie Kenyon, the new Culinary Director and his team. With tasty ice-cold craft beer as company, expect to see dishes such as Brisket Tacos, Smoked Chicken Flatbread and Surf n’ Turf, which not only includes lobster and steak but also salmon.
