Oakwood Apartments PIK Jakarta has announced their new General Manager, Ervira Syahputri. Starting her chosen hospitality career at Countrywood Residences, Ervira graduated from Trisakti Tourism School, majoring in Hotel Administration Management. Working her way up to Operation Manager in 2012, and Residence Manager in 2017, Ervira first began her career in the Front Office Department.

Ervira first joined Ascott Hotels Indonesia in 2012. She has held various roles including pre-opening team, property operations, front office, room divisions, revenue analysis and guest service management.

In relation to her new appointment, Ervira said, “As the first international serviced apartments brand to debut in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Jakarta, I am very proud and excited to be the part of this great team at Oakwood Apartments PIK Jakarta.
