Jakarta’s leading luxury hospitality icon, InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah (IJPI), invites you to join their wholesome Year of the Rabbit’ program series. With the help of renowned Indonesian designers, Rinaldy Yunardi – whose designed for international megastars like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry – and Nefianto Setiono – founder of Nefi Décor – They have transformed the hotel into a gorgeous wonderland fit for their ‘Festival of Prosperity’.

Setiono transformed the Lobby Level, and Artisanal cake shop, into a vibrant, classy piece of art. Yunardi has created the Royale Hamper, a trilogy of limited-edition luxurious gifts exclusive to the hotel – as IJPI prides itself on its tradition of amazing gifts. Yunardi’s second edition of Royale Hampers is inspired by Haryanto ‘Bletuk’ Gunawan’s “Stand by Me” (towering the hotel’s lobby). It features an iconic ruby and gold heart brooch wrapped in a bespoke red treasure chest. Only 30 of these exclusive treasure chests are available this Chinese New Year, priced at IDR 5,988,000++, these hampers also include a range of culinary treats. Other hampers – curated with pastry superstar Kim Pangestu are also available.

To ensure a memorable and prosperous lunar new year IJPI offer a Chinese New Year buffet dinner, at the hotel’s award-winning restaurant Sugar & Spice, on 20 and 21 January. The buffet starts from IDR 698,000++ per person, with Authentic Yee Sang salad available from an additional IDR 388,000++. On 22 January there’s a high-end Chinese New Year’s brunch, from IDR 698,000++ per person. The hotel will feature a taste of tradition Chinese music and culture with Guzheng performances on 20-22 and Lion Dance performances 21-22 of January.
