The “Cerita Rasa Nusantara” concept highlights authentic regional dishes, brought to life through interactive live cooking stations. From wok-tossed delights and sambal crafted fresh at cobek stations, to comforting soto and broth counters, every dish tells a story. This year’s program is made even more special with a collaboration featuring Aqilah Natasya, MasterChef Indonesia Season 12 finalist, who adds a modern twist to beloved Nusantara flavors.
