For the holy month of Ramadan 2026, L’Eminence Golf & Resort Lembang unveils “L’Iftar Kareem: A Journey of Flavors and Blessings,” a thoughtfully curated iftar experience available at Savor All Day Dining and Solace Sky Restaurant.
Set against the tranquil mountainside of Lembang, the program blends authentic culinary traditions with the serene charm of highland surroundings. Guests can indulge in a rich selection of Middle Eastern specialties, including Nasi Bokhari, Biryani, Kebuli, Mandhi, and Kabsa—each prepared with aromatic spices and authentic techniques. Complementing these are local delights featured at the “Jajanan Lembang Corner,” serving beloved Sundanese light bites such as Bola Peuyeum (deep-fried fermented cassava), Ketan Bakar (grilled sticky rice), and Kerupuk Banjur.
Coffee enthusiasts can savor authentic Turkish coffee, perfectly paired with an assortment of Middle Eastern breads and sweets, including Umm Ali, Roti Canai, Pita Bread, and freshly prepared kebabs.
