Following the success of Mardi Mercredi’s flagship store at Senayan City, a new store has been unveiled, marking Mardi Mercredi’s second store in Indonesia, with JADE Jakarta as an official retailer.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo ‘Peace’ Hwamok Park and Valerie S. Lee in 2018, South Korean brand Mardi Mercredi is known for their signature floral motifs and laidback, yet chic style. This particular aesthetic is highlighted in their SS26 collection, including a mix of neutral and vibrant colors that perfectly matches the season.
To celebrate this milestone, a Grand Opening took place on July 24 at Pondok Indah Mall 2 (PIM 2). A representative of Mardi Mercredi Official, Jiin Seo (Head of Global Business) was in attendance, taking part in the formal ribbon cutting ceremony alongside Ibu Ira Kwa, Ibu Bianca Kwa, and Ibu Angelina Januardy as directors of JADE, Ibu Junita Ciputra as Vice President Commissioner of Pondok Indah Group, and Bapak Eka Dewanto as GM Pondok Indah Mall and Waterpark, PT Metropolitan Kentjana.
Special guests Cindy Pitanova, Meisya Salwa, Kayes, AA Juju, and more were present and made this celebration unforgettable. Emcees Kenny Djafar and Cia Wardhana were also present to further liven up the atmosphere. Meanwhile, the brand’s SS26 collection was modeled live on a mini runway at this event.
