The previously French Fine Dining restaurant, Riva, changes concept into a Grill Bar and Terrace and reopened on 2 April. The new establishment incorporates a dining room, a bar and lounge with two semi-outdoor terraces, whereas one facing the street and one offering soothing view over The Park Lane hotel’s lagoon style pool, featuring alfresco dining, lounge seating and large screen to show special events.
Wine cabinets dominate the entrance to the main dining room with its open kitchen and private room. The bar and lounge are the perfect spots to meet and mingle while enjoying drinks or small plates.
The Park Lane Executive Chef, DedenGumilar leads the kitchen whose troops have all trained under previous Michelin Star experienced French Chefs de Cuisine. The new menu includes steaks from the Grill, wood oven pizzas as well as Riva’s past favorites pan seared foiegras and mouth-watering soufflés.
With entertainment from DJ music and weekly live acoustic performance, Riva Grill, Bar and Terrace will definitely add more excitement to Jakarta’s dining out and bar scene.
