Following the success of hotel’s December 2022 Festive Season, Resort General Manager Vincent Wybier said, “We are … crafting a specially tailored program that has not been done by many hotels and resorts on the island, Cantonese-inspired lavish buffet … with menus that will straightly transport guests to the Orient.”
The program begins at 13:00 in the Arrival Hall with lion dance welcoming guests into the restaurant, before the bountiful buffet feast. Festivities continue with Yee Sang throwing, creating an atmospheric dining experience.
The menu begins with Crab Corn with Asparagus and Hot & Sour. Followed by a vast selection of dim sums, Shu Mai, Dumplings, Chicken Feet, Fried Chicken rolled in Tofu Skin, and savory buns. Followed by Wok Fried Black Pepper Beef, Stir-Fried Mongolian Prawns, Steamed Soy Sauce Fish, Chicken Kung Pao, Singaporean Chili Blue Crab, Peking Duck, Chinese Roasted Chicken and Beef Brisket. For dessert, Chinese New Year cookies, Kweku, Nian Gao, chocolate fountain, egg tarts, the famous Pullman gelato, cotton candy and more.
