Representing the BPJS Kesehatan Branch in South Jakarta, Herman Dinata Mihardja has shared updates on the current policies and issues surrounding the National Health Insurance Program (JKN). This includes information related to Regulation No. 6 of 2023 regarding the issuance of Police Clearance Certificates (SKCK), which requires that participants have an active enrollment status in the JKN program administered by BPJS Kesehatan.

To ensure the successful implementation of this program, the BPJS branch in South Jakarta, along with the South Jakarta Metro Police and the Metro Jaya Police, is committed to offering mobile BPJS services at the South Jakarta Police Station, thereby easing the process for citizens seeking to obtain their SKCK.

As he continued his presentation, Herman elaborated on the developments in the services offered by the JKN Program. The launch of various non-face-to-face service channels, including the Mobile JKN application, BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 165, Pandawa, and BPJS Online, represents a significant enhancement. These channels enable users to verify their membership status before undertaking SKCK processing and provide the community with alternatives for accessing administrative services and lodging complaints without the necessity of visiting branch offices. He encouraged JKN participants, especially residents of South Jakarta, to utilize these facilities judiciously.

While discussing the accessibility and range of service channels offered by the JKN Program for SKCK administration, Herman further mentioned that citizens can employ the Population Identification Number (NIK) located on their Identity Card or Family Card as identification for JKN participants in healthcare settings. This initiative provides practical benefits for JKN participants, ensuring that the public can more readily access services in all healthcare facilities.

Considering the diverse benefits of JKN participation and the quality improvement measures implemented by BPJS Kesehatan, it is expected that those who are already enrolled in the JKN Program will take full advantage of the services offered.
