From 20 to 25 April 2026, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Café Gran Via, will showcase a curated selection of signature Thai dishes as part of its dinner buffet experience.
This collaboration features a thoughtfully curated of Thai specialties and beverages, celebrating the richness of Thailand’s culinary heritage for its bold flavors, aromatic herbs, and harmonious balance of taste. Each dish is elevated with the refined touch of Gran Meliá Jakarta’s culinary artisans, creating a dining experience that is both authentic and contemporary.
Among the highlights are signature creations from Meliá Chiang Mai, including Pad Thai, Soft Shell Crab & Pomelo Salad, and Steamed Mantou. The experience is further complemented by a selection of distinctive beverages that capture Thailand’s vibrant spirit, such as the Meliá Chiang Mai Blossom mocktail, Thai Milk Tea, and Fresh Young Coconut, alongside signature cocktails including Muay Thai Punch and Tom Yum Martini.
