The Westin Jakarta presents a series of special culinary promotion titled “Jelajah Indonesia” (exploring Indonesia). The first series of the four will be collaborated with chef Ragil Imam Wibowo, the founder of Nusa Indonesia Gastronomy.
Together with Executive Sous Chef of The Westin Jakarta, Chef Denny Boy Gunawan, Chef Ragil will bring his creativity using Indonesian indigenous ingredients from Sabang to Merauke, celebrating the rich flavors of Modern Indonesian dishes, such as Udang Kuah Kuning, Beef Craving Bumbu Rembige, Ayam Tangkep Aceh, Gelato Tempe Orek, Bubur Sumsum Brulee and many more which also highlights Chef Denny’s specialty Sundanese Cuisine with a focus on modern cooking technique.
“Jelajah Indonesia” will be held from 20 to 29 July 2017 at Seasonal Tastes with weekday lunch priced at Rp.388.000++ and weekday dinner at Rp.408.000++ (weekend Lunch & Dinner for Rp.438.000++ – inclusive of soft drink, beer and flavored ice tea), while a special one-night only “Terang Bulan Gastronomy” where guests enjoy a lavish dinner with a full moon view at Wyra rooftop, The Westin Jakarta level 27, with limited seat at Rp. 898.000++ per person.
