The famous Ceviche (a Peruvian-style marinated fish with lime, onion and chili); as well as Camarones Fritos en Salsa de Maracuyá (fried prawns in panko with passion fruit and chili sauce) are perfect to satisfy your taste buds . For Main Course, Chef Natty will be serving Aji de Gallina (chicken in yellow chili sauce), Lomo Saltado (Lima-style stir-fried beef loin served with Peruvian rice), Arroz Tapado (stuffed Peruvian rice with picadillo and coriander), and Chupe de Camarones (a Peruvian-style prawn chowder soup). Don’t forget to dish up one of these luscious dessert options, such as Arroz con Leche (a Peruvian rice pudding), Encanelado (a Peruvian cinnamon cake) and many more.
