Furthermore, as of the second quarter of 2022, the report disclosed that more than 80% of customers utilized digibank by DBS to conduct banking transactions and more than 75% of account opening activities were carried out online by new customers through the app. On the other hand, the use of credit cards has surprisingly increased three times higher than customers who do not apply for the digital services.
