South East Asia Six Hands Lambassador takes place from 26 November to 3 December 2022, showcasing the versatile Australian lamb chops through a culinary collaboration of 3 chefs from 3 different countries, including Indonesia. The global Lambassador program brings together influential food professionals to share the best methods of enjoying Australian lamb. This campaign is driven by Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and also part of the Aussie Lamb brand to bring the best Australian lamb’s excellent flavor and quality to the world.
This event is the first time that 3 chefs from the Southeast Asian region will come and collaborate to promote Australian lamb and interact directly with consumers for a wider range.
Chef A.S. Windoe from Indonesia will collaborate with Chef Francis Thuan from Vietnam and Chef Yakup T. from Thailand in promoting the South East Asia Six Hands Lambassador menu. Special dishes created by the three chefs such as Crusted Lamb Rack by Chef Windoe, Khao Soi Lamb Shank by Chef Yakup and Lamb Shoulder Rack by Chef Francis can be enjoyed until 3 December 2022 at The Grove Suites, Jakarta under the auspices of the 5-star Hotel Archipelago Group.
