
Dafam Hotel Management (DHM) continues to grow its business expansion to different cities across Indonesia archipelago. Just near the closing year of 2022, DHM announced two hotels in Solo and Medan soon will be managed by Dafam.
On 12 December 2022, DHM signed a Hotel Management Agreement (HAM) with PT. Laksana Hotel Solo, between Andy Irawan MBA as DHM CEO and Jimmy Widiharsanto as PT. Laksana Hotel Indonesia Director. Currently Hotel Laksana Solo consists of 52 rooms, 3 function rooms with capacity of 20-150 guests, Laksana Sky Dine, Layana Artisan Coffee. Soon it will be developed with additional rooms and function rooms to better accommodate guests for leisure and business purposes. It is strategically located near Mall Paragon Solo, Taman Sriwedari and just 10 minutes away from Solo Balapan train station.
On 14 December 2022, DHM signed another HAM with PT. Dyokara Nusantara to manage Hotel Elais Medan. The signing of HAM was between Andhy Irawan MBA as DHM CEO and Ir. Erik LTP Siahaan as PT. Dyokara Nusantara Director. Hotel Elais Medan consists of 77 rooms, 2 meeting rooms with capacity up to 100 guests, restaurant, lobby lounge, coffee shop and room service.
With the two newly signed management agreements, this network expansion also adds DHM’s portfolio, whereas in Medan this is the first hotel but the third hotel in Sumatra (including Lubuk Linggau South Sumatra and Pekanbaru Riau). Other upcoming Dafam hotel projects in Indonesia are 5 hotels in Tegal, Yogyakarta, Bali and other cities which are currently in the pipeline,” said Andhy Irawan MBA, DHM Co-founder & CEO.
