PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (PT EMI), the Sole Agent for the Mazda Brand in Indonesia, inaugurated Mazda BSD City, the newest dealership in South Tangerang’s premium district. It is the first dealership to be inaugurated in 2023 and with this inauguration PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia’s dealer network consists of 25 dealers spread across major cities in Indonesia. Officiated by Ricky Thio – Managing Director of PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia with Bambang Tjahyono – Director of PT Perfomace Auto Center the inauguration series began with a garland cutting ceremony followed by a doves releasing event, and closed with tour facility and press conference.
Mazda BSD City is the first dealer to implement the latest Corporate Identity standards which was adopted from Mazda Motor Corporation Japan, where this dealer is equipped with 3S services facility: Sales, Service and Spare Parts, which have been certified by PT Eurokars Motor.
Standing on the ground covering an area of 3,682-sqm, the Mazda BSD City Dealer has a building area of 1,615-sqm and built with a minimalist and modern design concept to reinforce the premium quality of the brand Mazda. Apart from the showroom area, Mazda BSD City possesses 12 service bays, the most Service Bays throughout Indonesia.
Convenience for customers is taken seriously through Customer Lounge, a waiting room complete with beverages and snack facilities, kids’ corner, Internet access and video-on-demand facilities. As with all other Mazda dealers in Indonesia, consumers buy cars at Mazda BSD City entitled to MyMazda Service which is an after-sales service in the form of a service guarantee Mazda for 3 years or 60,000 KM, whichever comes first.
