It was a mirthful Wednesday morning in Delphine & Co Jewelry, Gandaria city, Jakarta. The air was thick with the aromatic fragrance of fresh brewed coffee and the sound of a chattering group of chic ladies as they admired an array of gleaming jewelry on display.
That morning, the Delphine & Co breakfast event was held, as a pre event for the Iberoamericana Annual Charity Latin Ball: The Cup 2013 – a huge charity party that will take place on November 16. The breakfast event was held as an appreciation from the Asociacion Iberoamericana Yakarta for Delphine & Co Jewelry for being the sponsor of the ladies group’s charity event.
Delphine & Co will have their jewelry collection auctioned during the Latin Ball and all the money from the auction will go to a number of charity organizations which are supported by the Asociacion Iberoamericana Yakarta.
During the breakfast event, Santino Coffee presented two kinds of coffee for coffee tasting. One of them was the Java Coffee from Pangalengan, a good quality Arabica coffee with a distinctive strawberry flavor and slight acidity which came from a coffee plantation which is located 3 meter away from a strawberry plantation. The coffee gave a mild pleasant finish after taste.
Another coffee was the Aceh Gayo, a full bodied coffee with chocolate flavor, famous for its peculiar flavor profile, thick body, rustic flavors that are often described as earthy. The after taste palate of Aceh Gayo coffee is rich, smooth and velvety.
For Delphine & Co jewelry, the breakfast event was how the brand expresses its commitment for social activities, and a way to give back to the community.
