Padma Hotels are welcoming the talented and distinguished Chef, Degan Septoadji as the new Corporate Executive Chef, known as “Chef Degan”, this respected judge of MasterChef Indonesia with his extensive knowledge from Berufsbildende Schule Technik II, and countless experiences in numerous restaurants, including a 3-Michelin star Schwarzwaldstube in Hotel Traube Tonbach, Germany will share his talented skill to create an array of delicacies dishes for Padma group Hotels.

To celebrate the collaboration, Resinda Hotel Karawang present a dazzling culinary journey, “Starry Nights with Chef Degan“, Three delectable Indonesian fusion course presented under the sky of Karawang for more than 35 special guests.
This exclusive culinary adventure was only priced at IDR 260,000 net/person and took place on 10-11 November 2017 at The Oryza Restaurant Terrace from 07.00 PM until 08.00 PM and started with the first menu as well as cooking demo by the Chef, Udang Ketumbar with pan seared prawn salad, tomato, cucumber, coriander and chili lime dressing.
For the main course, the guests were unveiled with two delightful choices of Salmon Lodeh with slow roasted Norwegian Salmon fillet, assorted vegetables, galangal, lemon grass and coconut milk or Daging Sapi Bumbu Rawon with slow cooked beef short rib, root vegetables, keluwak nut, turmeric and lemon grass to choose from. To finish, Chef Degan brought each guest to a traditional and one of a kind dessert Rujak with assorted tropical fruits, jicama, tamarind chili dip, tamarind sherbet, and pineapple. This extraordinary dinner ended with an intimate meet and greet as well as photo session with this culinary wonder.
