Based on customer reviews and public opinions, Archipelago International were awarded Best Experience in Cleanliness for HARPER M.T. Haryono and Hotel NEO+ Kuta Legian, along with Best Experience in Service for Hotel NEO Eltari Kupang in the Premium Category.

In the Value Category, favehotel Kuta Square achieved the Best Guest Experience in Food. The big win also reflects the success of the group’s Corporate Sales & Marketing team in managing Traveloka’s online system.
