
Indonesian real estate developer that presents and manages property with high quality standards, FARPOINT, and the oldest developer company from Japan, Tokyo Tatemono, announced their joint venture with the inaugural project called The Loggia. To be marketed in 2019, The Loggia will bring new living space to South Jakarta for upper-middle class, designed with minimalism, functionality and spacious feel in mind. The signing ceremony of the joint venture was carried out on 12 December 2018 in OKU Japanese Restaurant Jakarta by Honey Angkosubroto, Commissioner of PT Farpoint Realty Indonesia and Hitoshi Nomura, President Director & CEO of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd.

The Loggia marks the first property of Tokyo Tatemono in Indonesia, and the fourth partnership in ASEAN countries after Singapore, Myanmar and Thailand, a strategic move anticipating the slowing property industry in Japan after the Olympics. The joint venture is aimed at contributing to growing the property industry in Indonesia, based on a same vision and values of both companies. It is expected to be the first of many partnerships between the two companies in the future.
