Accor invites all foodies on Culinary Journey, a deliciously authentic program that will run throughout 2019. Over 120 restaurants in Accor hotels throughout Indonesia will participate in the forms of signature dishes, cooking classes, battle of the chefs, food festivals, CSR activities along with clients and loyalty member gatherings. Every three months, there will be 7 new dishes from 7 destinations in Indonesia that will serve as inspiration for all the restaurants. Starting this May, among the highlighted dishes are Timbel Gepuk Rice, Rendang Runtiah, Rawon and Seafood Timbungan.
Each may adopt this menu or create their own twists, with the aim of presenting unique flavors and diverse cuisines that will take the guests on an unforgettable culinary journey. As part of this event, guests can share their stories on the social media with the hashtag #accorfoodstory #accorculinaryjourney. Hotel chefs will also be sharing their story highlights on social media through the hashtag #accorchefdiary.
