
In conjunction with the Italian Design Day 2021, the Embassy of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute in Jakarta held a webinar entitled “Business and Culture” on 5th July 2021. This program is organized in collaboration with Milano Design Film Festival (MDFF) and Indonesian Contemporary Art and Design (ICAD). In the webinar, Maria Battaglia, (Director of Italian Cultural Institute Jakarta), Silvia Robertazzi (curator and co-founder of MDFF), Diana Nazir (Festival Director of ICAD) together with speakers Francesco Faccin as Italian designer and Danton Sihombing as Indonesian designer and brand consultant in which shared their thoughts and experiences from past to today’s trends and shift from industrial to independent productions which somehow reflect and impact to the sustainability of the culture, community and environment.
