With a festive nuance and the refreshing view of the hotel’s lagoon swimming pool, more lavish options from Western, Asian and Local Pod, Seafood on Ice and desserts will be available for Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2021, also Christmas Brunch and Dinner on 25 December 2021 for only IDR 428,000++ per person. 

 

For a more private celebration at home, OPEN} Restaurant offers a special Christmas set menu to be picked up for takeaway or delivered right to the doorstep. Various dishes are available from international meals with Grilled Pumpkin Salad, Roasted Chicken with Cranberry Sauce and Rosemary Gravy, Beef Medallion and Vegetable Ragout, also Yule Log Cake; or local favorites with Asinan Sayuran, Beef Ribs Soup with Condiments, Ayam Bakar Rica-Rica, Beef Rendang and Klappertaart. Spoil the family with these hearty cuisines for only IDR 688,000 net. Each set is for up to 4 persons and available from 24 – 31 December 2021.

 

The festivity continues with THE KOFFEE Festive Delights. Choose favorite pastries from Panettone, Stollen, Fruit Bread, Lapis Cake, Ginger Cookies and DoubleTree Cookies, starting from IDR 25,000++. Then, indulge in the delicious taste of Christmas Yule Log Cake and sweeten the holiday vibes with choices of Classic Chocolate Yule Log, Mocha Crunch Yule Log, Black Forest Yule Log and Vanilla Yule Log, starting from IDR 68,000++. With a lively night market setting and the wonderful spread of Asian cuisines from various food stalls, satisfy the appetite with the all-you-can-eat menus such as Beef Shawarma, Singapore Laksa, Bánh Mì, Hong Kong-style Roasted Duck, Nasi Kapau, Es Campur, Thai Mango Sticky Rice, Singaporean Ice Cream Sandwich and many more. The eventful night is enhanced with glowing lights illuminating the restaurant and extending to the refreshing outdoor lagoon swimming pool. OPEN} Restaurant also brings the celebration to the dining table at home with New Year’s special set menu. Taste the delectable Honey Duck Breast Salad, Wild Mushroom Bisque with Truffle Oil, Australian Beef Rib-Eye and condiments, Seafood Pierogies and Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Cake. Each set is available for 2 persons and available on 31 December 2021 and 1 January 2022 for IDR 1,178,000++.
