The Chinese National Restaurant at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue presents “The Art of Taiwan Flavors”, a specially curated Taiwanese All-You-Can-Eat dining experience featuring Guest Chef Jessica Lin from Taiwan, in collaboration with the restaurant’s experienced in-house culinary team led by Executive Chef Edi Pancamala.

 

The special culinary collaboration will be available for Lunch, Brunch, and Dinner dining experiences from 13 May to 13 June 2026, inviting guests to discover the comforting, vibrant flavors of Taiwan through a selection of signature dishes crafted with authentic techniques and the finest ingredients. The dining experience highlights well-loved Taiwanese favorites alongside refined Chinese creations, offering guests a memorable journey through taste, texture, and tradition.

Guest Chef Jessica Lin brings a selection of Taiwanese specialties to the table, including Pan-Fried Bun with Beef, Taiwan-Style Fried Chicken, Taiwan-Style Braised Beef Noodle Soup with Stevia Tomato from Hangood, Fried Shrimp Ball with Pineapple with Stevia Tomato from Hangood, Sesame Oil Chicken Sticky Rice, Taiwan-Style Pineapple Cake, and Lumpia with Shaved Peanut Candy, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Cilantro.

The experience is further complemented by Chef Kong Fook Sin’s signature dishes, including Wok-Fried Beef Flat Rice Noodles in Black Bean Sauce, Braised Beef Tripe, Fried Prawns in Typhoon Shelter Style, Claypot Blanched Tofu Clams with Stevia Tomato, and Sautéed Grouper in Superior Broth with Stevia Tomato.

“The Art of Taiwan Flavors” is available at The Chinese National with the following dining options:

  • Lunch Monday to Friday is priced at IDR 328,000 net per person
  • Brunch on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday is priced IDR 388,000++ per person.
  • Dinner on Monday to Sunday and Public Holiday, inclusive of free-flow beer and sashimi, IDR 398,000 net per person.
