Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta announces the recent appointment of Ms. Rebecca Leppard as Director of Public Relations. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, Rebecca spearheads media relations, marketing, branding and partnerships for this iconic heritage hotel. Rebecca is a seasoned executive with senior management experience in the worlds of both public relations and publishing. Her strength in media relations is due to her broad experience of working with some of the biggest names in Indonesian and regional media. Prior to joining Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, Rebecca led the communications arm of Bali Hotels Association, running its “Bali is My Life” tourism campaign and fielding press inquiries. Before that, she was the Account Director with Travel Works Communications International, a Bali-based public relations agency that caters to the hospitality industry. During her days in Bali, she was also a contributing editor to Australia’s leading travel trade magazine, TravelTalk. Rebecca’s arrival coincides with the much-anticipated re-opening of Paulaner Brauhaus and Kempi Deli. “We are happy to have Rebecca on board and to use her expertise to prelaunch our outlets,” said Marc Guenther, General Manager. “I am also happy to note that we have a shared vision on how to bring the heritage of this hotel to the forefront of our communications.” Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta is located next to the iconic Bundaran HI.
