Bintang Toedjoe, a well respected healthy drink brand in Indonesia reintroduces Redgine, a red ginger extract brand through a Coffee Mocktail Showcase event at Titik Temu Cafe, Cipete. In the event which was supported by the Indonesian Barista Community, Bintang Toedjoe Natural Division expressed their intention to turn red ginger as Indonesia’s authentic herbal icon, built on the foundation of sustainability and consistency which not only benefits the consumers but also farmers who grow and harvest the high quality red ginger.

The event introduced one of the many ways to enjoy red ginger which was to infuse it in mocktails. Baristas Ulfa Uljannah and Zikri Mubarak were in charge in the demonstration session after giving their takes on red ginger in the world of barista in a talk show session which also presented Dr. Christian I. Elim as medical consultant and Ms. Lidya Warjaya as representative for Bintang Toedjoe Natural Innovation (BINA) Head Division.

Redgine’s ecosystem emphasizes on 3 principles, People, Planet and Prosperity which then elaborated through 7 pillar processes, from nursery, cultivation, post-harvest, extraction & distillation, pharmacology, commercialization and community development.
