
The Italian restaurant at Shangri-La Jakarta, Rosso now provides a delightful dining experience, crafted by Chef Guiseppe Di Silvestro.
Guests can enjoy a sumptuous and tailored lunch set menu, with choices of starters including Insalata Caesar with roasted Chicken or smoked Salmon, Anchovies, and sliced Parmesan. For a soup with a choice of Zuppa di Funghi, Fritto Misto, and traditional Italian Fishcake di Patate e Salmone.
For the main course, guests may choose from 6 tantalizing menus, including the Classic Rigatoni Carbonara, Aglio e Olio, Bolognese, Petto di Pollo Alla Milanese, Salmone Alla Griglia and Tagliata di Manzo.
To conclude the dining experience, guests may choose from a range of delightful dessert options, including the Rosso Tiramisu, Panna Cotta ai Frutti di Bosco, and Cannoli Siciliani. Guests may select a menu from each category, including a starter, main course, and dessert, available for an introductory price of IDR 250,000++ per person.
Rosso is open daily for the lunch set menu from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm and a la carte dinner from 6:00 – 10:30 pm. Rosso’s brunch Antipasti buffet is available every Sunday from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm for IDR 450,000++ per person.
