
NSNTR Bistro and Bar had a launching event extraordinaire on Tuesday, 28 February 2023, serving a modern interpretation of French cuisine with a familiar Indonesian touch. Located next to the pool area in Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk’s 8th floor, Executive Chef Edi Pancamala and guest Chef Simon Baudoin from Apero Cafe in Bandung set up a five-course set menu, masterfully crafted with the essence of modern French cuisine in mind and a unique experience to savor. The 5 dishes introduced to NSNTR Bistro and Bar launching night’s customers and invitees start from amuse bouche Saumon Mariné, entrées Gindara a la Bordelaise and Confit de Poulet Croustillant et Morilles and main course Trilogy en Croute, a three way interpretations of Beef Wellington, and closed by dessert Fleur de Chocolat which is having it’s fame in the world.
