Building and developing competent human resources has long been a central mission for PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), and this commitment was reaffirmed with the official handover of one Komatsu PC210-10M0 hydraulic excavator to the Provincial Government of North Maluku, along with an Electric Simulator donated to the Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BPVP) in Ternate. The equipment will serve as vital learning tools, enabling vocational trainees to gain hands-on experience with industry-standard machinery and strengthen their readiness for the workforce.

The handover ceremony at BPVP Ternate was attended by provincial leaders, including the Governor and Deputy Governor of North Maluku, as well as officials from the Department of Manpower and Transmigration, BPVP representatives, and United Tractors executives. UT’s Director, Ari Sutrisno, emphasized that the donation was part of the company’s effort to bridge vocational education with real industry needs, ensuring that trainees can practice with the same equipment they will encounter in professional settings.

The Komatsu PC210-10M0 excavator represents the latest generation in the 20-ton class, while the Electric Simulator provides a comprehensive platform for understanding system operations and troubleshooting techniques. Together, these tools are expected to elevate the quality of vocational training, equipping participants with both technical skills and confidence to meet industry demands.

North Maluku, with its rich natural resources and vast development potential, requires a workforce that is not only skilled but also aligned with industrial standards. Through this donation, United Tractors hopes to contribute to preparing local talent to compete effectively and thrive in the job market. Looking ahead, the company remains committed to strengthening collaboration with stakeholders in human resource development, reinforcing its role in shaping a competitive and future-ready Indonesian workforce.
