UNITED TRACTORS GROUP DELIVERS ONGOING DISASTER RELIEF IN SUMATRA

United Tractors Group, together with its subsidiaries PT Pamapersada Nusantara, PT Agincourt Resources, PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering, PT Bina Pertiwi, PT Traktor Nusantara, and PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia, has continued to demonstrate its humanitarian commitment by channeling sustained assistance to communities affected by floods and landslides across Aceh, West Sumatra, and North Sumatra.

From the earliest days of the disaster, the group mobilized resources swiftly, ensuring that emergency response and recovery efforts reached those in need. This initiative reflects United Tractors’ dedication to being present in times of crisis and contributing tangible support to affected communities. The company emphasized that its focus has been on ensuring aid is delivered optimally so that residents can recover and resume their daily lives.

To date, United Tractors has established 17 relief posts in strategic locations, supported by 31 heavy equipment units, 14 ground transport vehicles, and one helicopter to facilitate distribution. The effort has been strengthened by the involvement of the Emergency Response Team and employee volunteers working directly in the field. Assistance has included 792 food packages, 300 hygiene and baby care kits, healthcare services reaching more than 1,300 beneficiaries, over 150,000 ready-to-eat meals, 612 sets of school supplies, and 20 sets of kitchen equipment.

Relief efforts have been coordinated across multiple regions. In West Sumatra, aid was concentrated in Agam and Bukittinggi with support from the Padang branch. In North Sumatra, assistance reached Sibolga and Tapanuli, while in Aceh, efforts extended to Langsa, Bener Meriah, and Aceh Tamiang.

Through these actions, United Tractors reaffirmed its commitment to standing alongside communities during emergencies. The company continues to monitor developments and strengthen collaboration with local governments, authorities, and humanitarian organizations to ensure that aid is delivered effectively, sustainably, and reaches as many people as possible in the ongoing recovery process.
